Couples/groups should be able to meet up and have human contact (perhaps the number of people allowed could be lowered for meetings indoors) but couples in a relationship should be able to see each other.
Why the contribution is important
Many people (including myself) are finding it increasingly difficult to stay apart from partners. Especially if the relationship is relatively new. Video calls only last so long and not having any idea when they will be able to meet again may lead to break ups and mental health issues which may lead to a mental health epidemic
