Libraries

Please, please, please consider opening up public libraries. By their very nature they have enough space to allow social distancing and, if necessary, restriction on numbers. Staff can be easily shielded and electronic methods used for checking in and out books

Access to books will greatly help in coping with lockdown and has obvious beneficial effects on mental health. I am a ft 80 year old with a lifelong love of reading.
