Allow litter picking groups to go ahead.
Must only be members of the community that attend.
Social distancing should still be enforced at all times.

Why the contribution is important
It is important that we continue to litter pick to stop this entering our oceans and affecting the wildlife.
We seen a big push on plastic before COVID. This issue has not gone away, the media just isnt reporting it at the moment.
Litter picking is also good for clearing your head so will be good for peoples mental health, especially if lockdown is going to partially continue.
