Local click and collect services.

I've noticed some supermarkets offering click and collect services from a van in their car parks. Would it be worth them doing the same at central locations e.g. Local town hall car parks for people who don't drive?

Opens up access to supplies for people who don't drive and are struggling to get deliveries.
