Lockdown not to be lifted until a considerable reduction in positive test results are down to show single figures everyday and validated with test results . Govt need to know Where the hot spots are and why? Face masks for public transport and shopping for everybody. We do have to change our behaviour to allow the economy to go back to work but people will need to change their behaviour in order to prevent second wave and greater number of deaths.

Balance safety of the health of the nation against it being dovetailed with the reintroduction of the working economy. Needs to be Incremental and constantly reviewed.
