lone workers, self employed allow relaxation or rules

Allow lone workers be it self employed, gas, electrician, telecomms engineers, etc to be able to access residential/business premises. As long as distance and precautions taken, mask , gloves, safety goggles, customers giving distance or even not in the room while work being completed.
Common sense would indicate the risks if guidance followed would be less than going on public transport or going to the supermarket.

Why the contribution is important

To get people back to work, help the economy and carry out the services people require

If we are allowing foreigners to fly in to this country to work without testing, then relaxation of working for all workers including self employed that can social distance should be allowed.

As a self employed electrician who works alone, I see no reason why I cannot return to work. It just needs some simple precautions to maintain social distancing from customers and normal hand washing etc that we are already used to now.
