Possibility of allowing those who are in long distance relationships due to lockdown with other at other ends of the country to travel (either by public transport if possible or drive) once lockdown is over. Family members are included in plans however couples who have been separated due to moving back in with their family for lockdown (especially of 18-30 year old age bracket) don’t appear to be given much interest.

Why the contribution is important

I personally think that being able to see your partner is important for your wellbeing. If a partner is from another part of the U.K. or from abroad and has had to travel home it is only fair that, when safe enough to do so, you may see each other again. It would be a good idea to quarantine when they arrive however due to the sudden announcement of lockdown and the length of time it has already gone on for this seems fair and essential for improving wellbeing.
