of everyone over 18, irrespectivee of symptoms or no symptoms. above to continue until vaccine available or acceptable treatment established.

Reward compliance with eased regulations for thoses tested and found to be either negative or previously infected.

Issue ID card to those tested , just as is done for proof if age etc

Provides information in line with Test , Track, Isolate strategy

Gets public to buy into taking personal responsibilty to do everything possible to reduce possibilty of transmitting or becoming infected.
