Midge and Mosquito potential

To have studies carried out to check if the Corona virus can be spread or infect via a bite from insects, in Scotland this would include the midge and the mosquitos in warmer climbs.
as presently known the Zika virus can be spread by mosquitos so why not the corona virus.

Why the contribution is important

This would alert the public to be aware of another potential barrier to use and protect maybe ensuring Deet or similar is used when out in the open.

    Definitely worth researching given other viruses can be spread via insects. Given indoor options for exercise and entertainment are not available this would provide reassurance to all those enjoying outdoor pursuits especially in the West.
