    maybe grouping into different categories, eg, leisure, retail, education, care, would make it easier to review?

    Agree.
    Need a more structured approach to engaging with the public this way.
    Not offering a free for all.
    I contributed to a subject the first time I encountered it, only to see repeated themes.
    Pity the person who has to collate the contributions.

    very valid point. there are a lot of people upset over golf but do we need so many threads on it?

    Agreed! Too many people are starting their own threads when the topic is already under discussion? How can you have proper debate and dialogue if different people are responding to different threads covering the same theme?

    Agree. There are so many repeated statements. Maybe these should be moderated and only posted if they are materially different

    Yes, this approach can only work if some analysis and grouping is done to bring the same topics together. I’m sure this is what will be done at the end of the excercise.
    ( of course the main reason for it is for Gov to say “ following consultation .......”)

    Agree it is great that there have been so many topics and comments in the first day but think the time is right to theme these , and then start to ask people to

    -validate the top themes - this will be case of doing few high impact things well for our population
    - add any detail
    -and maybe start to consider timelines
    Short - next 1-4 weeks
    Medium - 1-3 months
    Long- 3- 12 months
    - we really need to be able to see these points and the evidence base clearly in the plan being produced next week
