Monitoring of Vehicles
Vehicles have a label on them stating which region they are from, to keep travel restricted. Thus allowing a gradual movement e.g. first three weeks you are limited to travel within your own region, then this can be opened up, to neighbouring regions. This allows for a monitoring of spikes, and either more opening up or less.
Why the contribution is important
It allows people to have more movement but also allows for observation of spread of the virus. Regions can be opened up or closed down depending on how the virus spreads
