Mortgage Holiday for Hospitality Trade

Please encourage banks to offer Mortgage Holidays for small businesses in the hospitality trade. Our business is seasonal, we are missing out on Summer trading, and will go on to have a quiet Winter. This idea would enable us to trade without going into debt with a bank loan we otherwise would never have needed.

Why the contribution is important

In the current climate, it is an added pressure for small businesses to be forced into taking out bank loans - when they were functioning well prior to COVID-19. Please help!

    I think it’s so bad this isn’t already a thing.
    They made it sound like everyone was entitled to a mortgage holiday not just personal mortgages.

    Businesses aren’t able to open, so aren’t making money. It makes perfect sense to allow a payment holiday to cover this period of closure
