Motorcycling in a pandemicź
Motorcycling during a pandemic should be allowed. One person on a motorcycle is as much a risk as a person pedal cycling. Due to the lock down there has been a huge increase in the amount of people cycling, as an "hours" form of exercise. For many motorcyclists this maybe their only opportunity to be out of the house for an hour.
Why the contribution is important
It is important for peoples mental health.
The lockdown has shown to be unfair, with cycle shops being allowed to stay open as well as car garages.
There has been a disproportionate amount of motorcycles stopped and fined for being "out".

I think that as an outdoor activity, this may be one of the first to come in, but the comparison you draw is incredibly naive.

It has positive health benefits for the rider. Unfortunately people who don't have motorcycling in their blood with may not understand this.
In summary, as long as the rider is riding sensibly and legally I believe they should be allowed out on their bike.
