Allow moving companies and van hires to restart as they will be able to socially distance suitably with higher cleaning inbetween uses. This would allow people to move who have to and stops the money stress on people trying to pay 2 rents when on furlough.
Why the contribution is important
Allows movers to start earning money again (many are self employed).
Allows the property market to start moving again.
