Moving houses

Landlords wanting to move back into their property cannot get the tenant to move out at the moment as though the tenant has another property to move to they are refusing to in case they are breaking the law. Can this be one of the first easing up strategies.

Why the contribution is important

I understood that tenants (perhaps students moving home) could give notice and move out a property.
And that landlords should then wait 3 days before accessing the property to carry out their check out.

And while the government will not want anyone made homeless at this time... given the large number of properties available for rent consideration should be made to agreeing a way for tenants to view and rent new properties... and move into them following guidelines specified.

Thereby allowing tenants who are given notice in accordance with the scottish guidelines to look for a new home.... and move... although perhaps not as quickly as previously.
