Municipal Golf Courses

Open all municipal golf courses (but not club houses). It is very easy to maintain social distancing whilst playing golf and as such this allows people to exercise but not increase the risk of becoming infected. Bookings are generally done on line and as such this feels like an easy positive step to take. We need to be looking at positive steps that have minimal risk and this is the low hanging fruit which can be implemented immediately.

It allows people to exercise in a very low risk environment. Even non-golfers driving past golf courses and seeing people playing would provide a sense of normality.
