New Working Week
The working week should comprise of 6 days- Monday to Saturday. One half of the workforce works Monday to Wednesday for 12 hours The other half works Thursday to Saturday for 12 hours. If more suitable, employees coud work on alternative days for 3 days and 12 hours.
Why the contribution is important
Social distancing is very much a requirement these days therefore by altering an employee's hours of business an employer would be able to meet this criteria.

The baseline should be the social-distancing rules.
But I think there might be exceptions for workgroups who always work together (they are akin to families and are easily traceable)
