No travel over 200 miles for recreation activities
Do not allow crowds in the hills and on the waters, everyone will be unfit in terms of activities like hill climbing and canoeing. Get people to get out locally before heading to adventurous conditions. Only exception would be with the supervision of a qualified local guide to get the guiding industry moving again.
Why the contribution is important
Avoid crowds and out of condition enthusiasts getting into trouble. While still kick starting the guiding industry who are mostly self employed and have been really shut down
