NURSING HOME RESIDENTS

Failure to provide interaction with family members has been cruel. It is not family members who are a risk to their loved ones. Despite introducing this, we have had huge numbers of deaths in this area with the awful situation that loved ones could not support their family member - this will have caused permanent distress.
Look at how to reintroduce those residents who have survived covid to wider community areas and introduce families to 'safe' spaces.

Improve PPE awareness and adequate change in PPE on entering/leaving rooms and look at the plan for moving student nurses to assist Care Homes - what happened to this plan?

Our relatives are having the worst experience ever and they deserve better.
