Open Refuse Centres

With people working at home, and being at home for much longer - unsurprisingly there is more waste being generated. Refuse centres closed very quickly, leading to a large increase in fly tipping - people just dont have the room to store an indefinate amount of waste! English refuse centres are being instructed to open, but local councils are making no adjustments and doing no work to folllow suit. Please instruct local councils to make this happen before a whole other public health crisis begins, to make these places socially distant would take much less effort than many other areas which have managed it successfully
