    The parks are open!
I believe everyone should have some exercise daily, however the parks need to be (policed) more, understandably our police are stretched however not all people adhere to social distancing which discourages some of us being able to go out for exercise in parks and walkways. Also I would like to see our police protected by PPE as when they have to deal with some people who are not willing to think of their behaviours having consequences for all the police should be safe whilst doing so.

They are open, Scotland is blessed with green space.

If your problem is that the roads into parks are closed thats a different matter entirely. Instead of visiting the park/beauty spot of your choosing, stick to a green space close to home.

Every car on the road is potentially an accident/breakdown that noone needs right now.

My local park is a vast open space where social distancing is easy however it is a 5 min drive away. Under the current rules I am not allowed to go there and have to risk exercise on the crowded narrow pavements. My supermarket is 10 mins drive away and under current rules I can drive there. Short journeys to local parks should be allowed under any easing of the restrictions

Thought they were already open and was not aware (week 7) that you weren't supposed to drive to a park if you didn't have a suitable area near by. It's not a problem for me as we have three small parks parks close by and three large parks within walking distance. Have certainly driven to at last one of these to walk Shows how clear the message is.
