Time now ready to consider opening Council Tips/Dumps

Why the contribution is important

Not all Councils are recycling the same types of waste. Garden waste in particular is an issue about getting rid off, particularly grass which if kept for any length of time becomes sileage, ferments and stinks. Possibly attracting vermin. Could use an appointment system, social distancing easy to do. Flytipping of other materials on the increase so once possible needs looked at.

    This has been done in other areas of the country can be done by say odd and even vehicle registration days and once a day per car. Or could dowload a voucher per household once per day to gain access. thus keeping at a manageable level.
