Outside coffee and food

Allow coffee shops etc to use empty street space , to restart businesses while keeping reason able distance

We need a plan to restart businesses to avoid becoming unemployment and deprivation hotspot of UK

    The problem isn't just the seating and spacing of patrons.

    It's the small kitchens for staff to work in, the close quarters for staff,small toilet areas etc.

    Too risky if eased too early.

    I was thinking that "Lixxie's" idea was a good one. Could coffee shops initially re open as takeaways?
     I hadn't considered the staff situation, working in small spaces behind the scenes.
    Might the use of PPE remedy this situation?
