I completely agree with this and to be completed to all guidance as set out by CIMSPA / UKActive and Scot.gov guidelines

While group exercise such as circuit training appeals there is a danger that social distancing would be comprised, also the handling of equipment could cause cross contamination.

Participants could bring own weights etc if they have them

I agree with this, I'm a pt usually based in a big gym but I am thinking outdoor sessions are the best option. For circuit classes etc, I don't think equipment is necessary as you can do plenty with bodyweight although I would be happy with peiole bringing their own equipment.
Jenny, you could get round the social distancing problem if stations are spaced well apart and you could also not move between stations.

As thought could spin classes be held undercover ie a large open sided marquee which in certain gyms could be set up in the car park? Of course with limited numbers and before and after cleaning of the bikes it of course could also be used for circuit training
