penalties for non-compliance of social distancing must continue

We need to continue to adhere to social distancing, anything else will keep this virus hanging around for years. Let’s nip it in the bud and criminalise those who flout the rules for social reasons. Ramp up the fines and use the money to reinvest in deprived areas. Far too many people not respecting the government and the science, let’s stop it now!
