Businesses will need time to put measures in place. Give visibility of plan so they can do this

Please publish a plan for exiting the lockdown so we all have something to look forward to. Even if it means being flexible and using the traffic light type model.
but just being in limbo with no timescales apart from three week reviews is not helpful for individuals or businesses.

I think this is not a full view of the situation, although of course it is important to plan and that this is a clear roadmap that everyone understands, and that it takes the full timescale of the pandemic into account. I think we are facing what is more like several waves rather than just having to think about this lockdown easing. Of course the next few weeks are important, but the long term view has to take shape too. From what I understand and please correct me if you have a better idea, but I think that for the next year or so we will be facing waves of this virus, and the effects of the huge economic recession that is affecting the world, after which we will hopefully build immunity, and recover or switch or adapt. So I think we will eventually find ways to stop the virus spreading and how to minimise the critical cases but it will take at least another year. So I agree with this idea, but I think the timescale should be several years and it shouldn't be about just lifting measures and going back to life as it was before, but realising we are still in a huge crisis and we have to adapt our businesses, ways of life etc to figure out a way forwards. What will happen to entire sectors like agriculture, tourism, imports - essential things might be hard to come by. Yes we all need to plan and I hope this process can be inclusive open and clear.
