If we are to remain in lockdown, then why haven't we adopted the strategy of some police forces who have an online form for reporting clear breaches of the lockdown rules.
Why the contribution is important
To aid the police who cannot be everywhere at once and to allow citizens of Scotland to take responsibility for their actions and the risk they pose to others.
