Police the border
If the Scottish and English rules are going to diverge we need to control the Scottish border - not passport control but police on A1 and A74 asking people gong either way the purpose of their journey.
Why the contribution is important
If rules are relaxed in England we could have an influx of tourists going to second homes ( as happened earlier), bringing the virus and putting strain on devices.
Likewise Scots may travel to England and bring the virus back as the R number may well rise again in the south.
