Set up confidential at risk phone line for employees to whistleblow if employers not providing safe workplace
Trust the public, we have the message and know this isnt over
Ensure the greater risk to mental health, physical health versus covid health ensures a sensible back to work plan asap
Create risk tool where people can answer questions online to provide them with an ‘at risk’ grading they can then be reassured safe or not safe to resume life.

This is not the most significant risk to health for the majority of the population
