Prepare for no vaccine

There is a good chance a vaccine will not be found....or maybe 3 or 4 years away.

We cannot continue to be locked away in the hope that a vaccine will be found.

We need to accept that people will get this awful virus and some people wont make it through.

We've spent a fortune building a temporary hospital, its time to relax the rules and take the rough times ahead face on.

    I am not going to rate this suggestion but I do agree the public are not being told enough about the future.

    Indeed, what if there is no vaccine, what really is the long term plan? Live in lockdown for several years until we gradually build up that much talked about herd immunity?

    You want to treat us like grown ups, so please spell out the best and the worst case scenarios.

    Researchers for blood-screening company Quotient have developed a new test to see if people may be immune to COVID-19 by spotting whether a person has developed antibodies to the disease.

    If TRUE why have Scottish GOV not bought all these machines and use them to TEST and TRACE the whole of country it will give a better idea of where the virus has been and where we can ease the lock down to help us get out of this disaster
