Protect Shielding with additional testing

Given the additional risks to those who are shielding it will be likely they will have to self isolate for much longer than others. Could a system be put in place whereby we could have an ‘allowance’ of tests for would- visitors? That way we could envisage family being together at planned times. Otherwise the future feels very bleak.
