Public houses, pubs, maximum customers

Along the lines of spain, italy, pubs could open to e.g 50% of their capacity, most pubs are no longer busy nowadays apart from saturday nights and old firm matches, edinburgh derbys ets, for me the issue only arises in major town centres, glasgow, and edinburgh e. g.
Given that there will be a lot more people unemployed after we come out of this, and a lot of people will change were they go to, meaning they will not go to pubs that are too busy, pubs could open to say half their fire limit or half their capacity, hopefully these suggestions may help to frame the future of pubs.
