Quaker worship - meeting outdoors

All Quaker meetings have a clerk, elders etc to manage the meeting. Quakers historically met outdoors in their early days in the 17th century. We could do it again! Where small meetings have access to, or a member or attender with a large garden, Friends could gather in a circle, bringing their own folding chair and sitting at least 2 metres apart. We have already given up shaking or holding hands, so that's nothing new, but meeting by Zoom excludes some Friends and it would be good to meeting in person again.

Why the contribution is important

Inclusion of older Friends who are not able to meeting digitally, or who do not find it satisfying.
Mental and spiritual well-being of all Friends, many of whom (but not all) are in the over-60s category.
