Quality of life

To allow good courses to open- (not club houses). Limited to households initially and then open to distancing 2 balls.

We have beautiful, unused golf courses, with memberships generally still being paid. While social distancing could be observed more accurately that some streets ive tried to navigate. I have 2 keen teenagers who are desperately keen players- giving them outside sport in our current weather would help their mental health and focus them on their new journey of home schooling.
