Rapid Reliable Results Anti-Body/Gen Testing Kits and Hospitality

Compulsory testing in Restaurants, Pubs and Accommodation Unit pre Entry. Gives assurance that people have entered a safe area. These results have to be quick and reliable. Staff are tested frequently as per guidelines. Estimation is that people will be happy to oblige, as gagging for new normality, and hospitality business is eager to survive the economic harm already imposed on them. The results should be able to confirm who hasnt had Covid, who has had Covid, and most importantly who currently has Covid. Those exhibiting current symptoms would be refused entry and advised to quarantine. Hospitality could then be doubling up as testing units to keep virus at bay.

Why the contribution is important

When these kits are available, the new normal could be more normal, and save the Hospitality Industry from decline. If the production of these kits are ramped up, bulk produced and economically feasible, this is a game changer. If we are anywhere near to developing this all inclusive test, then, it would possibly make sense to mass produce them in Scotland and then export. We have a good life science sector. Can this be used to contribute and scale up?

Yes, these tests are desperately needed. Apparently SAGE advised that the public could not be trusted with them, because people would be prone to fake those immune passports. Or somebody might try to get actively infected. One could argue the PM, the health secretary and others invented that idea. And this decision, ultimately, belongs to the individual, whether they like it or not.
I'm a stickler for rules in general. But since I suddenly lost my usually perfect sense of smell completely for a short time at the end of February, I feel I do have a right to know. I promise, in case of a negative test result, to meticulously follow all rules required, for as long as it might take.
