Re-open public dumps

The government need to put plans in place for local councils to re-open public dumps.
Why the contribution is important
With everyone refined to their own homes, and less businesses operating, the waste produced by individuals is now all being produced in their own home. At the same point as each household producing more weekly waste, the recycling pickups have been stopped, so forcing people to either keep hold of their recycling rubbish (for later collection), or it has got to the point where people are now just disposing of their recycling in with the general waste.
On top of this, more households are using this time to gut and clean their homes, which has lead to even more waste.
We have more waste than before the lockdown, and less waste pickup. To top this off, the dumps are closed, which I believe has now introduced a spike in fly tipping.
Please start to re-open the public dumps. We are continuing to pay council tax, and are seeing a very reduced benefit from this.
