When buildings are recommissioned after months of closure , it might be good practice to run off cold/hot water tanks to ensure any Legionella or E.Coli etc. are flushed out of the system before taps are turned on again for drinking purposes. Might be worth looking into prior to lifting lockdown - the experts would have the definitive answer.
