Allow recreational sailing by family members for a few hours from marinas with no landing elsewhere.

Over 70 fed up doing garden.

Improves mental health and has limited impact on transmission of virus. I would also include kayaking and padel boarding. And open water swimming.

Why can Sailing not be permitted? We must not make this a class issue and allow outdoor activities if they can be enjoyed without causing harm to the R factor.

Sailing/cruising is a social distancing activity by nature. We all look to find a solitary anchorage anyway. Fully support the opening of marinas.

This hobby can have re-occuring implications.

What about the body of people moving around Marinas and Boatyards and the staffing that would involve?
