Adopt a regional approach to the exit strategy from lockdown. Some regions have hardly been affected at all. If accessible testing was rolled out across the country, then the consequences of lifting specific lockdown measures could be monitored and controlled.
Why the contribution is important
This would allow regions not badly affected by Covid-19 to get back to work and a semblance of normal life. It would also allow track & trace to operate on a more manageable scale.
