Reintroduce contact via social distancing

Set out clear guidlines for small bubble of people that we can come into contact with initally. Stress the need for continued social distancing within that group. Outdoor contact. 2metres apart. Not sharing food, drinks, crockery etc. Stress the importance of continued avoidance of public places, gatherings in parks etc. Continue to limit number of visits to supermarkets. Limit time when meeting up with small bubble. Continue to stress the importance of social distancing with over 70's. Continue to stress importance of handwashing after each meeting with bubble and people with any kind of symptoms should not interact with bubble for 7 days.

Why the contribution is important

Distancing is still very important at this stage although most people seem to have adapted to social distancing measures so may be ready to move on to the next step of gradually phasing in new level of normality

Allow people to meet up, lift the restriction on leaving home once a day and ensure social distancing - look at Sweden they did not introduce a lockdown and their virus rates are no higher than anywhere else. I agree meet ups should be limited to small groups of 8 or 10.

Ban smokers / ecig users from smoking in queues for shops , as this can spread the virus and also be putting others in queue at risk. It also affects people who have existing breathing / allergy problems. Have experienced this problem many times
