Release lockdown by age group.

When it is time to start easing lockdown, it should be done by age group.
Under 40 age group, who are not living with anyone over 40, allowed to return to work initially, providing social distancing is observed as far as possible, and non-medical mask wearing is mandatory.

This should limit the strain on the health service during the easing of lockdown, as most under 40's will experience a mild disease, and there will be hospital capacity for the relative few who require it.
