Freeing lockdown on particular islands can be achieved given certain restraints. Firstly Test, Trace and Isolate must be available and working locally, secondly restrictions on travel to emergency only, Hospitals working normally with available resources, finally a phased approach.
Why the contribution is important
We need to get businesses working as soon as possible. Leisure, such as golf can restart, finally pubs and restaurants. Being an island it is self contained and insulated, so there is less change of a pandemic outbreak.
