Reopen dental services

I understand this needs to be done safely and with PPE. But dental services are currently needed by our household and I would assume many others.

Dentistry is an essential service. Very painful and distressing when not available and only 1 or 2 treatments available, and only if deemed emergency enough. Many people are treating themselves at home with no other options.
