Allow people to buy and sell their house. Some people desperately need to move house.
Why the contribution is important
Social distancing can be observed when house viewing. Viewings could be by appointment only with no open viewings but the housing market needs to reopen
We know that this is a big impact on the economy. My elderly parents need to move to a more suitable house but they cant move at the moment because house sales are all suspended
