Reopen recycling centres

Restrict how many vehicles entering at a time . Maintaining social distancing will be required but as the centres are minimally staffed this is easily done . By reopening the centres it will hopefully reduce the fly tipping . The public have been at home for weeks tidying and decluttering their homes , gardens and garages and want to recycle their stuff in a responsible way . The fly tippers meanwhile risk getting caught .

Normalise the way we live and maintain standards . Supermarkets have stepped up admirably for observing social distancing for customers then surely the local council recycling centre can . After all they received extra funding from the Government to maintain services .
