Reopening of golf courses

My idea is that golf courses should be allowed to reopen in a phased and structured manner.
Why the contribution is important
This will allow many citizens the chance to exercise without getting too close to other people. The space on courses allows for a number of people to exercise without putting others in danger. It also allows people to see that some form of normalcy is returning to society.
