Allow travel to gain access to quieter places for exercise - provided it is reasonable travel (a radius of X miles?)

Why the contribution is important
sometimes in order to socially distance properly, it’s not possible to get a walk in the area surrounding the house as there are too many people around - there are wide open spaces available within a short drive for most, and in so many ways this is safer.
