Restrict transport within Scotland

For the first few weeks of lock down restrictions being lifted the restriction of travel for non essential journeys could be a good idea. Anyone using public transport would require either a pass or letter from their employer stressing the need to travel to work or proof of a Hospital appointment. This would reduce the amount of people travelling from different Towns and Cities just for a change of scenery or for unnecessary shopping. Once the numbers reduce again this could easily be lifted and we could all enjoy our wee days oot again.

To contain and reduce the numbers of people affected by this horrible virus and to ensure the NHS isn't overwhelmed so they can concentrate on other health issues.
