Restrict movement between each Cordon Sanitaire to contain the virus in each area and prevent further transmission. This should include restrictions on travellers from outside Scotland and between Scottish cities and regions.
Why the contribution is important
The last thing we need to is a large number for people flocking to otherwise well controlled and perhaps less well-prepared parts of the country the second lockdown is lifted. Yes, that means police checks on the M8, M9, A9, A1 and M74 etc but that is what has worked well in parts of Italy and China, we need to learn the international lessons.
