Patients with cancer, in order to be given the best possible chance of fighting the disease need to be given the same level of treatment and support that they would have been given in a pre Covid 19 landscape. To that end, I believe it is vital that we restart these essential treatments and operations first to avoid further loss of life.
Why the contribution is important
To prevent further loss of life and give the best possible outcomes for those families living with cancer. It hasn't gone away as a result of Covid 19, and is infinitely more important that taking a summer holiday or meeting up with friends. We need to protect as many lives as possible.
